Friday Favorites #2

Hello, hello and Happy Friday, my second favorite “F word”! Welcome back to Friday Favorites, where each week I’ll be sharing a handful of things I’m loving lately. On this week’s list, we’ve got a mix of Taylor Swift Eras Tour-inspired content, sweet homemade gifts from my sister, a bottle of wine, a sneak peak photo from our wedding gallery, and more. Cheers to Friday, friends… we made it!

The Eras Tour movie

Such a fun, magical, nostalgic concert. I do wish I could’ve seen it live, but for now, I’m content with the theater experience. 10/10.

Friendship bracelets

Love the friendship bracelets we made for the Eras Tour movie!

Wild Fable earrings

From Target of course! Wore them Saturday to the Eras Tour movie and Sunday to the NC State Fair. Got lots of compliments on them, too. I call them my Lover-era earrings.

Eras Tour sticker

Needed an Eras Tour sticker to add to my sticker board, so I bought this one from Etsy. A perfect representation of all the costumes/looks from each era of the concert.

Krispy Kreme pumpkin spice cake donuts

Words can’t express my love for Krispy Kreme’s pumpkin spice cake donuts. We used to be able to buy them from our local grocery store, but they stopped carrying them last year. For the first time this fall season, we drove out to Krispy Kreme to get a half dozen and they were delicious as always!

Trophy Pizza & Brewing

Post-fair dinner Sunday night. Great pizza, great beer. If you’re local to the Raleigh area, don’t sleep on Trophy!

Stone Cold Fox eyeshadow palette

When I was looking for eyeshadow recommendations for my wedding, I came across a TikTok make-up artist who recommended the Stone Cold Fox eyeshadow palette. With 30 colors, it’s really the perfect all-encompassing palette for pink/brown neutrals as well as shimmer shades. Makes a great smokey eye and works well for natural everyday wear. I’ve been using this eyeshadow nonstop since July. Love it!

Sweet homemade gifts from my sister

My youngest sister sent me a package earlier this week with a couple homemade candles and a thoughtful note. Both the candles smell really good — I’m excited to light and burn them.

A bottle of Merlot from our 2021 trip to Door County, Wisconsin

We bought this (more expensive) bottle of Merlot a couple years ago and finally cracked it open. We kept waiting and waiting for a special reason to uncork it, and after 2+ years, we finally decided to open it up — on a very random Wednesday night, celebrating nothing in particular but making it halfway through the workweek. It was a really good bottle of wine.

Our wedding photo gallery

We got our full gallery of wedding pictures back from our photographer! We’ve spent hours looking through them and all I can say is pictures make the best memories!

Have the best weekend, whatever you do! We’re off to Wilmington for the weekend. See you next week for more Friday Favorites!

Enjoy!
