Friday Favorites #3
Hello, hello and Happy Friday, my second favorite “F word”! And happy 1989 (Taylor’s Version) release day to all my fellow Swifties! Welcome back to Friday Favorites, where each week I’ll be sharing a handful of things I’m loving lately. On this week’s list, we’ve got a mix of music, coffee, boba, and makeup products. Cheers to Friday, friends… we made it!
1989 (Taylor’s Version)
You knew it would be here, don’t act surprised! Today we welcomed Taylor Swift’s fourth rerecorded album back home to the family. So nostalgic listening to old favorites, and so much fun reliving the 1989 era with new songs too. I mean Say Don’t Go, Now That We Don’t Talk, and Is It Over Now?… I want to sue whoever kept these songs locked in the vault!
The last bag of fall coffee from our Door County Coffee haul
We order seasonal coffee from Door County Coffee all year, but my favorite seasonal blend is the Pumpkin Spice. Until next year!
Fruity Pebbles boba from Tap Tea Bar
Love Tap Tea Bar and their boba. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this cute little place a couple years ago. I go back every time I visit Wilmington.
And a sticker from Tap Tea Bar too!
How cool that the owner makes stickers from his sketches and doodles? Of course I had to buy one for my sticker board collection.
L'Oréal True Match Lumi Glotion
Now that my wedding is over, I’ve decided to break up with foundation (again). I hate the way foundation sits on my face and ever since the pandemic, I’ve preferred tinted moisturizers over anything else. My sister told me about the Lumi Glotion, so I bought a tube to trial and turns out, I love it! It gives a really subtle glow that’s the perfect amount of shine. I mix two shades to create my perfect match, then I add bronzer, blush, and a touch of concealer to compliment the glow.
Ocean therapy at Wrightsville Beach
There’s something about the ocean’s healing powers. My soul needed to sit and walk along the beachfront, listening to the waves crash the shore while enjoying the sunshiny day.
Have the best weekend, whatever you do! We’re planning to lay low, carve pumpkins, make fall treats, and maybe watch a movie or two. See you next week for more Friday Favorites!
Enjoy!
